I don’t have access to create new companies or transfer numbers. So this would be your team.
Numbers shouldn’t change at all as they’re “assigned” already. They’re just given to the new company.
Then from your views, you will have a master view of companies. I will have access to each company to integrate and collect data on.

To be fully transparent, I’m not a CallRail power user. However, as we’ve setup individual Google Ads accounts, along with seeing separate websites and analytics accounts (probably social accounts as well)… I’m hoping we can get whoever is managing CallRail to make some changes for us.

You will want to create companies, transfer the numbers, and set up the Google Ads integration.
By setting up different companies, we can still assign and control each from an account. However, the linking is specific to each. Numbers don’t change and we can fully pull individual data for all locations.
Who can help with this for the 3 (soon 4) locations?
If we do end up amalgamating the accounts into one (not discussed yet), we combine, but this for now allows us the best option for data collection.
We’re not nearly as detailed as Calgary is right now. We are missing data and this above fixes that.
I only need someone to create separate companies for Van / Win… leave Calgary in place. Then we can add Toronto. All other linking to Google Ads, Analytics, etc is on our team.
