Lois Chambers Scheduling Changes yesterday

Hi June

Pat B- Lois Chambers Daughter- was upset today because she was not made
aware of the scheduling change last night for Lois and it didnt go well. I
know Jay is on her Care team, but she doesnt do the overnights and its a
different routine at night.

The changes were made in the morning and the family was never made aware-
and Pat likes to go and train the overnight CGs with the routine. There
would have been more than enough time for her to go there since Jay was
scheduled at 1030am for a 9pm start.

Please ensure you are updating the families when you make schedule changes
to make sure there are not specific instructions that need to be handed
over to the caregiver for the shift.
