I have also attached two files that include: 1) New client details by location missing agreements and forms 2) Private pay clients created in ClearCare, in 2022, with no auto pay (some of this could be acquisition and some could be approved exceptions, however, there have been very few approved exceptions). Thank you for your help in addressing missing client agreements and payment authorization forms for new clients, as well as helping enforce our payment policy requiring ACH or card payment with every new private pay client. Gary
