I have removed you from the account and reset your access.  Please accept the invite and follow the steps outlined on attached document.  In particular:

 

*	Accept the invite with your “@thekey.com” email address.
*	Once the account is reset, log in with the same email address.  DO NOT use any email address that doesn’t end in “@thekey.com” and wait for the 4-digit code to be emailed to you.  DO NOT use a phone number.  DO NOT use the “Google”, “Facebook”, or “Apple” buttons.

 

Let me know if you still experience issues.

Can you try using your “@thekey.com” email address and have them send you a code?  The Google / Facebook / Apple buttons don’t work more often than they do…  Let me know.

If you read my email you will see the Uber access wasn’t for me. It’s for June Lapointe who was denied access this am when she needed it.
