I went through the documents Joey sent us yesterday (thanks Joey!).
Among other things, I've added a question to the application form and translated the care plan so that it's completely in French.
Not much information is missing to complete the submission.

We are currently working on names of caregivers from our active caregiver list who would be willing to go to Sherbrooke with transportation offered. These are not the employees we will send if we get the contract. @Timothy Thomas<mailto:tt@thekey.com> @Nikita Moreau<mailto:nmoreau@thekey.com> Nikita is working on this, by end of the week (Friday) she will have 15 names to give you.

I attached our entire French Application Form. I attached a French Care Plan as an appendix to my word document. This is a REAL care plan of a client. @Timothy Thomas<mailto:tt@thekey.com> Are you able to block out any sensitive information (including client's name, address, or anything else). I don't have Adobe so I can't make edits to PDFs. Please make sure this information is taken out before sharing that appendix with government.

@Timothy Thomas<mailto:tt@thekey.com> I don't remember how to access the GPS locator for a caregiver (you showed me a while ago). I wrote a paragraph on the feature but if you can take a screenshot of how the exact coordinates look as additional proof.
