Hi Darion,      ​We apologize for the delay. With Darion's manager being OOTO there was no one to approve the request. I've worked with the Saviynt team to create a delegate for Joseph. I've requested the ClearCare access for Darion. Darion will then need to approve the request and then Tim will need to approve the request.     Once approved by both folks, the system will take up to an hour to sync. Once sync'ed Darion should be able to log in.        Thanks,   Mike

 I hope you're doing well.

 This is Darion Jacobs, the new employee with TheKey. I'm reaching out in regards to accessing my Wellsky account.

 I’ve attempted to log in using my work email (darion.jacobs@thekey.com), but the system doesn’t recognize it. I contacted IT, and they informed me they’re waiting on an approval from Joey. I replied to let them know Joey is currently on vacation and most likely won’t be able to submit that approval. I haven’t heard back from them since. I've attached a screenshot of IT's response below.

 Would you be able to approve it instead? It's fairly urgent, since I'm scheduled to work  tomorrow.
