I was able to order the laptop for Dennis and it's on the way, but I had to import a profile for Brian before I can order the laptop. I'm going to be sending Brian a welcome email from JumpCloud and then I will proceed with the order.
This welcome email will ask that Brian set up a password. This new password will become the password for Brian's email going forward and the laptop login password once the device arrives. The email password and JumpCloud password are connected.
We will need Brian to complete this welcome email task sometime before the laptop arrives.
