Hi all,
Attached are several follow-up items from our session yesterday:

   - Link to meeting recording
   - Copy of slide deck
   - Care Solutions Mgr QRG (Quick Reference Guide)

I also committed to getting to an answer on "which" referral sources used
in Salesforce qualify as a "Word of Mouth" source for purposes of the
"doubling" of the Client Outcomes plan component.  Unfortunately, that one
is taking a bit to get an answer, so I'll need to circle back with you all
once I get an answer.
