I am thrilled to announce the newest addition to our executive leadership
team, Emma Zumsen <https://www.linkedin.com/in/emmazumsen/>. Emma joined us
today as our Senior Vice President of Consumer Growth and Marketing. This
strategic move is aimed at accelerating our growth and expanding our client
base in the ever-evolving market.
Emma brings with her a wealth of experience and a proven track record in
driving strategic initiatives and fostering innovation across multiple
industries. With her dynamic and results-oriented approach, she has
consistently demonstrated her ability to tackle intricate business
challenges and implement impactful solutions.
Emma joins us from Bain & Co., where she led cross-functional teams in
crafting tailored solutions for clients' key marketing and brand strategy
challenges. She co-created Bain's Experimentation at Scale service, driving
significant improvements in Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) across
various industries, including medical retail, healthcare tech, SAAS,
consumer, and retail sectors. Additionally, Emma has been instrumental in
developing comprehensive marketing diagnostic approaches and enhancing
operational efficiency through the development of SAAS tools.
Her expertise extends beyond strategy to include leadership and operations.
At Bain, she contributed to business and account planning, service model
strategy, and ongoing business development. She established and managed a
mentorship program for expert marketing consultants and chaired the
Associate through Senior Manager promotion committee. Emma has also been a
senior lead in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives,
facilitating programming, education, and team support.
Emma's career journey is marked by significant roles at GALE Partners, Hain
Celestial, and Starworks Group, where she managed digital communications,
brand marketing, and integrated strategy. Her diverse industry experience
includes consumer packaged goods, pharmaceutical, medical retail,
healthcare technology, fashion, retail, SAAS, and more.
