Hope you are doing well!

With regards to the Amazon CA Punchout, Amazon has a mandate of sending multiple line level taxation to a single Invoice line which will not work with NetSuite and can cause severe errors.

Hence, the only option we have is to go with PDF Invoicing for the CA Punchout. I am more than happy to have a call with the team on this with @Drevik, Abby<mailto:adrevik@amazon.com>.
