Hi Kathryn,      Our engineering team discovered an issue like this with Android users running OS 13. If you hear about it from anyone else, they should check for an OS update in their phone settings as well as check for an update to the caregiver app in both the app store and under the profile tab in the app.      We will reach out to Kary to troubleshoot.          Thanks,        Grace  Caregiver Connect Support

 Kary Thiessen said she has been having issues with her app the last few days including today. She says when she marks off tasks to complete it still tells her she has tasks to complete. She also said she has to enter her shift notes in 3-4 words at a time and save otherwise she loses it because it keeps freezing on her. She says the app freezes, shuts down and she has to re open it and start again.
