RE: Update facade 230497 The Key Westmount

Hi,
For city records all the awnings are black. The black (not green) awnings have been accepted for The Key sign's permit application. For Copoli and Depanneur, the black awnings have been approved by the PAC.

Are you the company who is fabricating the awnings?  As I am not convinced that the informations are properly communicated,
I am resending you the PAC comments,  for another correction on the Copoli's entrance canopy :

According to the urban planning department, it is recommended that :

  *   The Copoli's entrance awning should not hide the stone lintel but clear it as shown on the image below.

  *   The awning color should be black as shown on the accepted signage strategy and on the accepted  THE KEY signage proposal (permit request no 2023-01085 and PIIA 2023-03236).
  *   An authorization letter  for the lettering color change should be given in order to notify this change on the signage  strategy

We are sorry for the misunderstanding,

The awnings have already been fabricated with a dark green Sunbrella material with yellow/gold lettering, not black as per Michael's request.

Please confirm this color changed is approved.

But to be clear :  you can keep the yellow lettering. But as I told you the landlord makes a note, mailed  to our service, saying that he allows another color (yellow) to be added in the signage strategy.
