I was not able to be on that call so a little out of the loop but want to
get on it.
Do you have the VCH contract as it was a docu sign so I only have the draft
as you signed it - could you upload it or send it and I will.
Do I need to send them the xerox lease for copiers in both offices? Does
Madonna upload the leases for all of us?

Amalgamation meeting on Friday, January 10 at 3:30 pm eastern. In
preparation for the meeting, please upload any applicable contracts to the
link that Nina provided previously, copied below for your convenience.
Following our meeting, please utilize the below link to upload the
following documents:
1. Material government payor contractors
2. Material staffing agreements
3. Material vendors agreements (i.e., lease agreements)
If your agreements use the same template without modification, then one
template is sufficient.
