New Meeting of the member of the Board-Projet 5 PF (HCA)

I hope you are doing well. The members of the Board of the OQLF appear to have met again yesterday or this morning. We recommend that you keep a close tab of your inbox and mail in case you receive your attestation. Usually, one week to ten days are average to hear back from then after a meeting.

As your letter of compliance will come to an end on November 30th, if you were to not get your attestation, we will have to send a message to the Office for you to get a new letter and to inquire when your Project 5 would be presented if not already. With your permission, we will prepare a draft to send next week or the other to make sure you have your letter in hand when the other will end.

Let me know if you have questions or concerns, if you agree with us preparing a draft of message and, finally, if you hear from the OQLF.

If you have not got news by the end of the week, Chantal planned to send your way a message for your approval to go to the news: has your project been presented? Is your attestation on the mail? Once you would approve of the message, she would send it on next Monday.
