Cheque emploi confusion

Hi Team,

Client was confused with the check emploi hours. She is saying its an
additional 4 hrs on top of the 19.5 hours we added. She was a little
frustrated but I assured her we will get to the bottom of this and I will
talk to the ops team to figure it out.

I'm confirming that it's okay to go ahead and add the additional 4hrs
cheque emploi credit and resend the invoice to the client?
