Hi Shawntel,
Rates will need to be updated in Wellsky for service dates through October. Once the NetSuite authorizations go live on 11/1, we will no longer need to adjust the authorizations in ClearCare.

Will we need to continue to update the CDHC authorization with the new CDHC rate in wellsky or can you update this effective oct 1 in netsuite? We will also have to get Wellsky to add the new CDHC rate under CDHC match - as we know the change in rate only affect the Matched client in wellsky

Thanks for flagging the rate increase for CDHC! We’ll be sure to account for this as we build out the authorizations in NetSuite.
Regarding the authorization pop-up, your understanding is correct—authorizations will no longer live in WellSky, so this will no longer be an issue once the existing WellSky authorizations are closed. Starting 11/1, we can begin working through closing and removing the authorizations attached to current schedules in WellSky.

There has been a change to CDHC as they have increased their rate so I have been updating all the files which take quite some time but I am almost done. The rate went from $33.61 to $34.03 - I am only changing the match as it does not affect the ones who pay extra, they will just pay less out of pocket effective Oct 1.
I also have one question, in recent months we constantly get a pop up that day that we are scheduling shifts outside of the authorization hours - even if we uncheck this in the authorization it still comes up, it did not used to come up. Can someone kindly address this and fix it, please? It makes errors from time to time as you think you have saved the shift and it didn't save and it only pops up for CDHC clients.
Am I understanding that there will no longer be authorizations in WellSky? If not, that would eliminate the concern above.
