Hi Timothy.  I hope you are doing well.

Our Victoria BC office is in default and we are looking at possibly closing
that site.  If we do, do you feel we can service the existing clients from
Vancouver?  They have 15 clients with 18 caregivers at about a 48% pay/bill
margin.  Revenue is about $100K monthly CAD.
