There were more bonuses paid out in Feb but I’m not sure if they relate to Dec or Jan. There was no bonus accrual done in Jan. The Feb Bonus also includes the entry from Desiree’s salary paid out of Toronto which included a bonus of 1,425.
The security deposit for TMR was 8340.08 which covered 2 months rent in year 5 of the lease. I’m not sure exactly when the TMR lease is finished so we will have to allocate the security deposit to Rent if it will not be refunded. Tim, do you know?

Hi Randi
There's a few things that I want to follow up on related to Montreal's Feb/23 financials.
1. The Jan/23 office bonus has a balance of -80 on the P&L, and the Feb had a balance of $4.8K. Was any actual office bonus paid out in Jan, or were all the Dec and Jan bonus paid out in Feb?
2. One of the Montreal leases ended in Feb, but I still see the same $23K under security deposit on the balance sheet. Was any security deposited related to that office and would those be refunded to us?
