1. I hope all is well. We tried to figure out a work around and avoid recreating the Google ads account and losing the accounts data but it�s not an option, unfortunately. The most effective way is to have you or Phil create another Google ads account and then add us to that account as admin. We will then bring in the campaign structure without any stats. This is not ideal but at least we preserve the account structure.
During the setup process of the new google ads account, ensure you carefully select Canada as the country and Canadian Dollars (CAD) as the currency on the billing page. Add your Canadian billing information (address, payment method) to the new account's payment profile. The new payment profile will automatically be associated with the Canadian country setting.
IF you can have your team create the account and add us, we�ll get this done next week.
