Reminder: Caregiver Connect Discontinuation on Monday, September 16, 2024

This is a reminder that the Caregiver Connect app will be discontinued at
the end of the day on Monday, September 16, 2024.

Office staff can identify caregivers still using the Caregiver Connect app
by reviewing the Caregiver Connect Users report, which is sent to their
inbox each morning.

Caregivers attempting to use the Caregiver Connect app after September 16
will receive a message instructing them to download the WellSky Caregiver
app, as no other app functionality will be available.

Weekly office hours are held every Wednesday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM CT.
