The account should be functioning properly. If an office has any issues
getting the platform to run or gets that error message, please email
HRservicecenter@thekey.com. The team should escalate to Kimberly Fix and I
behind-the-scenes. The request to the HRSC allows us to formally capture
the issue for reporting.
