Hi Angie,

Thanks for your response. Win backs are not just reactivated employees, we
have to review the file again and be sure that the information is updated
and accurate and request missing documentation or criminal record checks,
orientation, vaccination, etc. That's why I believe, win-backs should be
considered as new starters, specially for those who haven't worked for
months.

Any update regarding my performance evaluation?
