Caregiver Introduction- Shirley Etherington

Hi Tony and Jill,

Thank you for trusting *TheKey* with your mom's care. We are pleased to let
you know that services will begin *on March 16, 2026*

We are introducing  our caregiver, Diana Atsu-Darko. The shift timings will
be 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Attached  is a brief bio of Diana for your reference

I’m *Amrita*, the Caregiver Manager, and I work alongside *Jhonna*. If you
ever need to make any schedule changes or adjustments, please feel free to
reach out to either of us directly. For any updates or changes to the care
plan, *Krista Lalonde,* our Client Success Manager, is your point of
contact. They are also copied in this email.  Our on-call team members, *Mina
and Carolyn* (copied on this email, ontario-staffing), are also available
after hours and on weekends.  I’ve CC’d the team here so you have
everyone’s contact information in one place.
