Let her know that we are starting to investigate our staff's concerns about not wanting to work at North Lodge due to how they are being treated by North Lodge staff. It's become difficult to staff. Once we have gathered more information we would like to discuss the concerns uncovered. She is very open. Requested specific names or situations would be helpful if possible. This feedback has come only recently. Odelia recognized that it is very busy at North Lodge, its fast pace would be different from other sites and from working with a senior 1:1 in their home. They only have 3 Canadians, it's a diverse team, and they have a diversity committee. They have an annual compliance review in which they have staff sign a code of conduct so this might be coming at a good time for training or reminders on behaviours. North Lodge staff have to document each shift including what agencies are doing so any specifics can be cross-referenced.
