The POA has some specific asks that we have put into the activity report as
preferred. Kristal has explained to her that we can try to meet her
preferences but that we cannot discriminate based on race. The POA however
has some myopic views of certain backgrounds for sure and has said she will
find another agency if we cannot fulfill her preferences. We have made no
promises and have offered who we feel/felt was the most qualified cg for
her mothers' care.
