Recommended allocation:
1.
PPC (Google Ads, Display and Video combined): $5k-$7k/month per location. For the first 90 days, we’ll allocate up to $7k for the 4 priority territories for a total of $28,000/month in Ad budget. The exact dollar amount allocation will depend on how much quality search volume is there for the most relevant keywords but $5k-$7k should be a decent range per office. For instance, Winnipeg may be $5k but Toronto may be $7k etc. 90% of the budget is allocated to search ads but a little of it also allocated to top and bottom of the funnel through display and video, especially for brand cannibalization.

We’ll take over the SEO for Winnipeg, Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver.

Saba Services Fee
PPC Services
For Google ads we’ll start with a fix management fee of $4500/month. After 90 days, based on performance and your satisfaction, we will switch to a 15% management fee on the total budget spent, irrespective of how big the budget it. We will just charge an hourly fee per new or additional campaign creation which may be no more than $400-$500/campaign at maximum.
SEO Services
Our services cost is $2295/month per city for SEO. We will discount this to $1995/month for each city. For 4 cities (Vancouver, Winnipeg, Calgary and Toronto) the total will be $7980.
Total Services fee comes to roughly $12,500.
One-time Costs:
Google campaign creations ($2000-$3000) in total for 3-4 days of work.
All in all, we will be able to accommodate the $40k budget out the door.
The commitment I will need from you is to give me at least 1-2 hour per month maximum to fine-tune every dollar we spend and ensure we are reviewing the quality of the calls etc. I will work with you myself to get things back on track.

If we put an agreement in place in the next couple of days, we can aim for a launch date of September 1st.
