February 2025 Incentive Details

Dear Division Directors and Regional Leaders: Please see attached the
February Incentive calculation details for the payments to be made on this
Friday, 4/4. Please communicate these payout amounts to your employees
prior to Friday.

Today or early Thursday, we will also be providing you a link to access
folders with the incentive statements for your employees; please also share
these documents with your employees. As a reminder, the calculation
methodology for individuals with multi-site responsibilities is slightly
different than single-site employees; accordingly, we separated the
multi-siters, and positioned their data after the single-siters on the
spreadsheet.

Remember that those employees who have a prorated bonus or a deduction due
to overpayments will show what their bonus amount "would have been" on the
proofs, but what they actually will be paid will show on this file.
