Also below is a breakdown of the over $71K open balance for these client’s missing documentation listed by division. Please review and address the document attached in the link below, including any clients with start months from Jan-Sep who account for over $47K of these open balances. The deadline for October commissions is Friday November 10th , please reach out to Alejandro Aponte, Marc Atkinson, & Lito with any discrepancies or questions. Please note changes made after the updated report has been generated will not be reflected until the client is re-audited and an updated report is generated.

*	West Division has largest open balance at just over $37k in total and $29k open for clients with start dates in Jan-Sep and the third largest # of clients that have started services in need of attention at 23.
*	GCM Division currently has the second largest # of clients that have started services in need of attention at 28.

 

Approx $71k open balance due for clients with a missing CCA or payment authorization forms. $47k open balance for clients with start dates in Jan-Sep.
