We are sorry to see you go. However we do respect your decision and we will cancel accounts in Toronto and Calgary.  

 

I’m assuming Oakville is part of the Toronto contract but we do not service Waterloo and Winnipeg.

9. TERMINATION 


Either party may terminate this Agreement without cause upon a thirty (30) day’s written notice to the other party. In addition, either party may terminate this Agreement for uncured breach if such breach has not been cured within thirty (30) days of the breaching party’s receipt of written notice specifying the breach and demanding that it be cured.  

 

Unfortunate news , I hope we don’t come to termination given the changes and work we have done to improve and develop your services.  I was wondering if you had considered my recent offer in lieu of your request. November 09, 2022. I have never received a response to our offer of credit for new accounts.

We would be pleased to continue our efforts to improve your service and to develop these new accounts with your direction. Our French service based in Moncton New Brunswick is an award winning service and will be a great fit for Montreal.

From my current understanding each of the units operate as a separate profit center and have a variety of service plans , Bronze, Silver and Gold as an example.

*	What times of day we can expect the greatest and lowest volumes?

 

*	Will you be switching to a National CRM or any type of web based management tool ?

 

*	If not ASAP, when is your proposed launch date for new services? 

 

It would be wonderful if we could begin the consolidation and additions in the very near future to avoid the rush at Christmas in lieu of end of year and January rush to service.
