Hello Leaders

About 20 min ago I learned Freshdesk has been erroneously routing tickets
sent to Help Desk (billing@thekey.com) to the Call Center Feedback queue.
We are working to pull these tickets manually now and have let IT know we
need a fix. I assume clients/LO staff will escalate the team’s lack of
responsiveness soon if they’re not already, please share this note with
your teams as appropriate.

If there are issues I should address urgently please let your teams know
they can reach out to me directly. My apologies for not catching this
sooner.
