I have audited all markets ( not every client but a sampling and here are
the discrepancies I have found.
Cheryl if you can double check which is the correct rate and our teams will
input accordingly. I think we need to ensure that all case managers are
ready for questions from clients as they review invoices and scheduling
will need to be ready to make changes.
*Calgary:*
Elaine Corrine - working copy was $42.90 and this says $42.90 but in clear
care as $39.00 what is correct?
*Waterloo*
Joanna Raymond - working copy says 40.28 but us in clear care at 38.00
*Vancouver*
Bitelli - is it $242.55 was on working sheet and put in clear care as
242.55 or is it $300 which is highlighted on Master copy
Mary Kerr - working sheet said $288.75 and is in clear care as that but
this sheet says $300.00?
*Montreal*
Boucher - working sheet said $37.40 and is in clear care but this says
$35.75 which is correct?
*Dusty Solomon* - our working sheet said $37.40 and it is in clear care as
that but this sheet says $35.90
*Toronto - *
Errol Wilson - Working copy had no change but this sheet says $39.60 - is
that correct?
*Oakville- *
Raizada - in clear care at 38.00 - that is correct due to saving client
right?
*Winnipeg *- all my audits so far all correct
