Why did I get an email today saying my October bill is past due?

Hi Lito and Tim

I don’t understand the email saying my October bill is past due?  Can you please stop these emails. 

I will have to ask the Key to etransfer me the $1517.55 to my email cpawluk@shaw.ca. so I can then put it back into the WRHA account to correct the Key’s mistake. I have an auto deposit set up for my etransfers. I then will rip up the Key cheque whenever it may actually get to me by snail mail. 

Then Lito you can email me a new invoice for $1267.55 as you promised and debit Jim’s and my account for this amount when I give you the ok by email. 

This whole mistake made by the Key is very stressful especially because of the mail strike. There is no end in sight to this strike and I cannot keep waiting for the cheque the Key is sending to cover the $1517.55 mistake. It may take weeks to arrive and Jim and I do not want to pay double the amount owed from our personal account to cover the Key’s mistake. 

Please respond and confirm that you have understood my difficult situation.
