FW: 09/06/24 - Action Required - 32$k Open Balance - New Client Audit Results

Good Afternoon

The below clients have started services with TheKey and have No Executed Agreement or Payment Authorization forms on file as of the last audit. Please be sure any exceptions to our standard onboarding process are loaded to the Client Files in CC with standard approvals.

Outside of those exceptions, it’s critical we get these documents collected as soon as possible. For those who started service in August, I would recommend we suspend service if both forms are not returned within the first 30 days of service.

Also below is a breakdown of the over $32K open balance for these client’s missing documentation listed by division. Please review and address the document attached in the link below, including any clients with start months in May 2024 - June 2024 who account for over $9k of these open balances. Approx $32k open balance due for clients with a missing CCA or payment authorization forms. $9k open balance for clients with start dates in May 2024 - June 2024.

Please note that recent Google updates has changed how the file appears when you open it as a commentor. Once you open the Google Sheet you will need to click the drop-down arrow on the right-hand side of the sheet to expand the menu. This will allow you to download the spreadsheet by going to File > Download > Excel (Snip included below for reference). You can also create a new temporary filter view for the Google Sheet which will allow you to adjust the filters on the Google Sheet using the icon that looks like a Google Sheet/Calculator.
