We have worked with Silver Sherpa on a few complicated cases in the past.
They are really good care managers; attention to details and
overcommunication is the best policy.

@Elizabeth Sparrow <beth.sparrow@thekey.com> As discussed, please schedule
a 15 minutes meeting with Silver Sherpa (before your vacation), to let them
know the status. Please do the soft hand off to the individual who would be
the point person while you're gone. They will like that.

Silver Sherpa also uses the first two letters of the last name and first
two letters of the first name of the client in all their email and text
communication. Let's continue with that policy. For example Beth Sparrow
would be SPBE.
