info is not incorrect.

The problem is the account number's first 3 digits missing from the online
record you provided. I confirmed with @Carolina Orosa <corosa@thekey.com> that
the account number she paid you last 2 years.

Pls send us a copy of the void check to update your records. We don't
accept online banking info.
