Good morning!

Wanted to give some suggestions on how to address some of the issues.
1.* Prepaid cell service* - Is there any way we can get a count of how many
caregivers this impacts and the specific impacts? There are a lot of
factors that play into someone getting a prepaid plan (credit/debit card
access) but maybe we could look into a corporate plan that would provide
better access to a quality plan. Mint is $15 a month and Visible is $25 for
unlimited, for example, but you need a credit/debit card.
2.* Older smartphone that won’t let them log in* - I will post on Workplace
again regarding this, but in the event a Caregiver has no smartphone or a
non compatible smartphone, the "No smartphone/Old tech" tag should be added
to their ClearCare profile and they will be excluded from the engagement
report.
3. *Poor service in the buildings to access the app - *Caregiver Connect
has an offline mode so this is not an issue.
4.* App not opening* - need to work with support so we can track these
occurrences and identify the cause.

For the RNs that will not use the app, perhaps their ClearCare profile
should be tagged with the "No Smartphone/Old tech" tag as well so they are
excluded from the reporting.
