I would suggest making them an offer to work with us, other agencies are charging around 35.45$ an hour for PAB (PCA) and 45$ an hour for LPN's. Or rates are higher : Hourly Services =E2=80=93 Standard PAB $38.45-41,96$per hour Hourly Services =E2=80=93 Standard LPN $47.65 per hour Hourly Services - Housekeeping $40.00 per hour Hourly Services =E2=80=93 Registered Nurse $71.47 per hour Hourly Services =E2=80=93 PAB Holiday or Overtime $53.18 per hour Hourly Services =E2=80=93 LPN Holiday or Overtime $71.46 per hour Hourly Services =E2=80=93 Housekeeping Holiday or Overtime $48.00 per hour Hourly Services =E2=80=93 Registered Nurse Holiday or Overtime $107.81 per = hour If we could work to be in their top 3 agencies we can work to be following them more regularly and get more business, but we need to be at a competitive rate to get more business from them. We are already working with Selection West Island, Selection Cambridge, Selection Tours Angrignon , Selection le Waldorf, Selection Panorama and soon Selection Deux-montagnes on a more frequent basis but this could change if other agencies are getting involved and giving better rates.
