We actually haven't started services with her and it's looking like we
might not be moving forward. She was resistant to Lifeguard and
consequently the GCM piece was put on ice. I will however add a note into
the client profile for Lougheed so that in the eventuality she does come
back into the fold, your referral partner gets paid.
As for future referrals, I could get a tag created so that we can identify
said clients and also inform billing that when it is place, 5% goes to your
office monthly. Thoughts?
