Hello,

Client Thomas Bureau is asking about his payment method again. I saw that
an email was sent with his credit information given to us by phone. Is it
even possible to have that charged? Don't we need something in writing from
him?

Also, his PAD information is in his file. Was his account not charged? he
said that he received a reminder for payment.

He is not able to speak at length by phone so I will email him once you've
let me know.
