I will be having them hosted on Pandadoc shortly. It certainly requires some revision. If you can provide or create the below, that would be great. 1. "Enhanced Police Information Clearance " clause - Employees should have the option to provide a current Vulnerable Sector Clearance dated less than six months of the current date, *OR *HCA will run an enhanced police clearance at the cost of $24. The cost will be deducted from their first paycheck. Employees will need to initial this section. 2. Emergency Contact Information form 3. Covid Vaccination Policy - Do we have one for Canada? 4. Overtime agreement - Take a look at the Employee survey sheet. We have an agreement for just one pay period for any hours worked over 80 in a pay cycle. Am I reading that correctly? 5. We can remove the "Franchisee Acknowledgment" form Attached are some of the "TheKey" forms I would like to see included in the hiring package for all provinces. Can you review them to see if they need to be Canadianized or rebranded as HCA. Let me know your thoughts.
