Yesterday afternoon I met with your recruiting leaders to share news of an exciting transition that will further strengthen our commitment to excellence in caregiver recruitment and support. Effective August, our Caregiver Recruitment Team will be transitioning from reporting up through Operations to reporting up through the Human Resources department. This strategic move aligns with our goal to centralize and enhance our recruitment efforts, ensuring a seamless and more cohesive approach to attracting and retaining top talent. We will continue to work closely with Operations to ensure that our recruitment strategies are aligned with the operational needs of the company. You all play such an important role in this, often being the first person from TheKey that so many of our employees interact with. It is critical to our success that Caregiver Recruitment continues to focus on providing new talent for our local operations teams, particularly as we continue to focus on growth as an organization. Additionally, I am delighted to announce the hire of Analissa Sanchez as the VP of Talent Acquisition. Analissa comes to us from Walmart Health and will be starting on Monday, July 1st. Analissa brings a wealth of healthcare recruitment experience, and I am confident that under her leadership our Corporate and Caregiver Recruitment teams will thrive and continue to drive impactful results!
