Sehar stated that she will be following up within the next day or two on next steps of where to submit the attached documentation to begin the process. Since our legal counsel has not finalized the more updated documents, you will need to submit what we currently have on file, which should be acceptable since both Tad Smith and yourself are still valid directors of Prairie Sr Care Inc. I've highlighted the customer service # that I contacted.
