Do I put myself as the previous owner and the date the business was created or do I put the date it was bought out and put corporate info for ownership? If it's the latter, it might make more sense for you guys to fill this in given that I am no longer the owner nor am I the person that is processing the payments anymore? Also, regarding the credit card transactions info, per Ali's email, he already sent this info so do I still need to complete this? Thank you.
