The CNA's experience needed to keep their CNA license, we do not accommodate due to us being non-medical. According to Pat there is a form we sign off on for Wisconsin , to confirm a certain amount of hours to keep their CNA license. I asked her to scan this form to me. We don't get too many CNAs in Chicago sometimes due to us not being able to confirm experience thru IDPH portal. I will let you know once I receive the form from Pat. Thank you.
