The list you have sent me is your strategic accounts that may or may not have current referral accounts (task 1). 

Task 2 is to enter previous referral accounts and record activities. If there are no activities, we need to justify the reason. 

Chuck: Are you aligned with the strategic accounts (target list) sent by Nicole?
