Work with James/Timothy/Dan to finalize the transition plan for your office - *James/Timothy* - There are several important points that came up on this call for us to plan against: - Their *contract with SABA* goes through August - *Seasonality* comes into play for May/June because there is a lull in referrals and consumer is expected to pick up the slack - a dip in consumer from switching agencies could have significant impact in = this timeframe - *Chatbot* - They are currently using SABAs chatbot.
