Canada Life provided the following update yesterday - "We’re currently experiencing higher than normal requests for user ID’s, therefore we are slightly delayed. I did submit the request on the 21st, it should be sent out next week."
We've inquired if they are able to manually process enrollment changes on our behalf given their extended delay in setting up the access. We'll follow up once they respond to the request.
