Hi Tim,

Had a really nice time visiting team Canada this week - next trip I'll get
to Montreal. You guys have a great team and it's nice to see the
connectedness across ops and sales.

One thing I was confused by is hearing that there is a new process whereby
we are requiring signed agreements prior to doing assessments. Did I hear
that correctly? Unfortunately Canada's lead -> start is already lagging the
rest of the network, so hoping we can focus on removing conversion friction.
