Hi Tim,
Geoff and I connected yesterday and think the best place to put this would
be in the new CSM scorecard that is going to be rolling out soon. There is
the 30/60/90 day retention metric on that dashboard, and we can include the
referral account filter there so you can see what retention looks like
with/without VCH lumped in.
