Please let me know your availability and I will be happy to book the call. *Sleep Pad* As part of our ongoing commitment to providing the most seamless and scalable wellness solutions, we have made the decision to discontinue the use of the sleep pad as part of our monitoring system. While the sleep pad has been valuable in individual cases, it operates as a standalone device that does not integrate into our broader system. To ensure consistency, efficiency, and a fully connected monitoring experience, we are focusing on solutions that work seamlessly within our integrated platform and can be fully supported by our team moving forward. *Home Away Data* Our team has concluded that the inaccuracy of the away from home data for Mary Louise is not caused by faulty sensors but is caused by the number of individuals that are entering and leaving the home, paired with possible motion sensor blind spots. Because Mary Louise has multiple individuals entering and leaving, we are unable to provide accurate time away from home data and will be removing this section from the weekly reports. Please note that time away from home is meant to drive data for individuals that are at risk for social isolation, which is thankfully not the case for Mary Louise. *Faulty Sensors* In regard to the defective sensor, our team has double checked, and all sensors are functioning properly. It's important to note the difference between the motion sensors and the radar. Currently we have one radar installed in Mary Louise bedroom, and it is functioning properly. However, when Alain was there to complete the installation, he was hoping to install a second radar in the living room area, unfortunately this radar was faulty, so he was not able to complete the installation. We can look at installing the second radar during our next visit, but please rest assured that the current radar and all motion sensors are working properly.
